This Refund Policy explains how Rapid Overnight ("we", "us", "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments related to shipping labels and fees purchased through our platform at www.rapidovernight.com. Rapid Overnight is a portal operated on NitroMule's shipping technology (with its own domain and branding).
It works together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, the Terms of Service control unless a stricter rule is required by law.

By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. It describes what you can expect when you ask for a refund, credit, or reversal of charges tied to labels or related fees.

User responsibilities
To keep accounts fair and shipments compliant, you agree to:
• Provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information and keep it up to date.
• Comply with applicable laws and carrier rules, and use the platform in good faith (no fraud or material misrepresentation).
• Describe shipment contents, dimensions, weight, and service selections truthfully at booking.
Failure to comply may result in denial of refunds, additional charges, suspension, or termination, as described in our Terms of Service.
Service limitations
Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific money-back guarantee or service level is offered by the carrier for the service you purchased. Weather, customs, carrier capacity, incorrect addresses, security holds, and other events outside our control can delay or disrupt shipments.
We do not guarantee a particular delivery outcome. Indirect or consequential damages are addressed in our Terms of Service and may be limited as permitted by law.
Refunds, voids, and unused labels
General
Whether a label or fee is refundable or voidable depends on:
• Whether the label has been used, scanned, or billed by the carrier;
• Carrier and processor rules and cutoff times;
• Whether an adjustment, audit, or dispute is pending; and
• Fraud or terms violations.
Unused labels
If you believe a label was not used and you are entitled to a refund or account credit, contact admin@rapidovernight.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction with your order or label details. We will review the request in line with carrier capabilities, payment processor rules, and this policy.
Approval is not guaranteed. Some purchases may be non-refundable once issued, or only reversible as a carrier void or credit when the carrier allows.
Address corrections, reroutes, and adjustments
Additional charges (for example, address correction, reroute, dimensional or weight adjustments, or accessorials) may be billed after the original purchase. Those amounts are generally not "refunds" but balance due on the same shipment. We may charge the payment method on file as described in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of working with us first may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions. We encourage you to contact admin@rapidovernight.com before disputing a charge so we can investigate.
Privacy
Personal information you provide when requesting a refund is handled under our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards; no online service can be perfectly secure.
Disputes
We ask you to contact admin@rapidovernight.com first so we can try to resolve the issue. If formal dispute resolution applies, it is governed by our Terms of Service (including governing law and venue).
